Form the legal entity
Choose the right legal form (LLC, joint stock, etc.), prepare articles of association, and obtain commercial register and tax card. Without a sound entity you cannot open a platform account or bid for land.

Industrial land allocation
Open an Egypt Industrial Digital Platform account, prepare a technical and financial feasibility study, and assemble seriousness and financial-capacity documents. We track nationwide offerings and prepare your file before the tender opens.

Building permit
After land handover, we pursue the building permit under Egyptian codes and local requirements. Engineering drawings, civil defence approval, and environmental impact assessment (if required) are all part of the file.

Operating license
After construction, we obtain the operating license: notification system for lower-risk activities, or prior approval for high-risk codes. We coordinate technical inspections with the competent bodies.

Industrial register
The industrial register proves the facility is a real plant — not just a company on paper. We complete the file through conditional then permanent register, used by banks, buyers, and exporters.

Production lines
Line specification, supply and import, customs release, installation and commissioning. We link equipment choice to capacity, feedstock, codes, and export — including recycling lines.

Quality certification
Readiness for ISO and local/international quality certificates that open markets. Quality management systems, internal audit, and inspection readiness — before the buyer or customs asks.

Export and rules of origin
Correct Euro-Mediterranean origin files under the updated Agadir Agreement. Transformation ratios, HS heading, and documents — no surprises at European or Arab customs.
