About
Istishara for Industrial Development
Founded in 2022 in Cairo as a one-stop consultancy for integrated industrial solutions — from idea to operation.
The firm brings advisors with long industrial experience in Egypt. Services include company formation, land allocation via the Egypt Industrial Digital Platform, building and operating licenses, industrial registers, production-line design and supply, quality certification, and rules-of-origin files for export.
Office: 25 Ibn El Nafes Street, Makram Ebeid, Cairo. Presence documented on LinkedIn and at stishara-ids.com. We serve investors nationwide and offer an optional UAE formation corridor (RAKEZ).
In October 2023 the company was represented at an official meeting with the Minister of State for Military Production in the New Administrative Capital, alongside national industrial firms, to discuss industrial integration, technology localization, and maximizing local resources.
Our mission
Enable the industrial investor to build a legal, operating, export-ready plant — with complete files and disciplined follow-up at every authority.
Our vision
To be Egypt's first reference for industrial investment — where the investor starts with the right file, not empty promises.
Sectors we serve
- General manufacturing and production lines
- E-waste, battery, and cable recycling
- Food and pharmaceutical industries
- High-risk chemical industries
- Export and Euro-Mediterranean rules of origin
File before promise
We do not promise a plot or a license. We promise a complete file and disciplined follow-up until the decision is issued.
Sequence
Entity, then land, then build, then operate, then register, then export — in that order only.
Named authorities
We name IDA, the digital platform, civil defence, and environment as they are — no ambiguity.
Cost transparency
Government fees are separate from our fees. No surprises on the invoice.
Public face
